Most of my pieces are made to order, and I work on a first come first served basis, so please allow up to 2 weeks before dispatch, and a further 3-5 days for delivery.
If you require something to be delivered faster to meet a deadline e.g. for a birthday gift, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

All of my jewellery is posted 1st Class Signed For via Royal Mail. There is also the option at checkout to select Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and insured), which is recommended for purchases exceeding the value of £60. 

All items are handmade to last, but please don't hesitate to contact me if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and I'll do my best to help. Returns will only be accepted if the article is damaged upon arrival.
